If you always have a problem with choosing a buffet restaurant, Akiyoshi is the best decision with three Japanese styles in one place.
Aki means fall foliage and Yoshi means good fortune so Akiyoshi means the good things that happen in fall foliage just like several menus which creates happiness for everyone. Akiyoshi pays attention to be traditional Japanese, ingredient quality, taste, and service.
Akiyoshi has many options to choose such as premium buffet, deluxe buffet, buffet, a la carte, and kids menu. The customer can select two ways to cook the ingredient whether shabu, sukiyaki, or akiyaki. It also has sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese menus.

For Sukiyaki, the waiter will prepare a sukiyaki soup for you. Starting with stir onion, Japanese spring onion, and shitake mushroom. After that will put meat and gently pour shoyu soup. Lastly put cabbage, tofu, golden needle mushroom, and konjac. With these steps, the real Japanese style sukiyaki is ready to be served! A little tip for those who like medium concentration, I suggest combining shoyu soup with dashi soup the result is very good. Raw egg, which has been select carefully, is served for making concentrate soup softer and smoother.

For shabu, the soup is dashi and kombu seaweed which makes it light and odorous. Shabu style is a traditional Japanese style so the soup will be simple but it will emphasize the sauce. We will get ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, orange chili, and chopped onion.

Akiyaki style suits with beef, pork, and seafood. The special sauce is flavorful and spicy, you can also ask for more chili, garlic, and lime juice to add more flavor to your sauce.
Superior beef is a Charolais from France that has a signature smell and almost melt without chewing. You can order for sukiyaki, shabu, or akiyaki. In my opinion, akiyaki and sukiyaki will be better.
Kurobuta or the king of pork, it is melt, soft, and tender texture. The best for shabu and sukiyaki.
Seafood is another signature menu for Akiyoshi because of freshness. For example, river prawn, salmon, squid, bass, and New Zealand mussel.
There are many types of sushi and sashimi you can select such as salmon sushi, spicy salmon roll, burned salmon, spicy tuna roll, California roll, and tamakoyaki set.
Shaved ice with red bean, vanilla ice-cream, matcha ice-cream, and chocolate ice-cream are four dessert menu that you can order.
