Today I’m going to take you to the best Yukifuri wagyu A5 that can be delicious without dipping sauce! Sabu Yakiniku has their own marinate style and it’s the top of Japanese yakiniku restaurant. Moreover, it’s one of the restaurants that use Yukifuri wagyu, premium beef from Obasanawa.
Sabu Yakiniku is one of the best restaurants that I would recommend you and I always go to this restaurant when I want premium beef. For the first time that I went, it was very impressive because the quality of ingredients and service is excellent. The first thing that impresses me is the decoration with a high ceiling, big windows, well-organizing table, and the tone which is the dark tone like black, brown, and grey all of these make the vibe cooler but still keeping Japanese yakiniku restaurant.
The recommended menu
A5 Wagyu special Assortment menu: you can select wagyu karubi or wagyu rousu and then choose to marinate by salt or traditional sauce.
Wagyu sukiyaki: a gigantic beef with 3 millimeters, dressing with special recipe sauce, grill with perfect temperate, and dip with egg yolk.
Wagyu shabu: a wagyu sliced and topped with ponzu, ground radish, and green onion. The best way to enjoy is to grill only one side and take it all in once.
Yukke: who is going to believe that raw beef and raw egg will be a flawless combination! This menu use line cut Jyou Rousu, mix with secret recipe sauce, sesame sauce, and topped with raw egg.
Kurobuta steak: a secret technique that makes it more special and delicious, is dried-age with a short of period, cut it not too big or too small, not overcook you will experience the softest, moist, chewy, and good texture.
According to premium quality and how the restaurant pays attention to small detail, I want to experience it again. Although how impressive I was for the first time, the second time was disappointed. When I visited the front of the restaurant, there are crowded and busy without organizing people to be in the queue so it was very confusing and take a long time to be organized. Not only bad organize but also taking a long time to serve a menu that I ordered and I was served the wrong menu. I was frustrated so I complain to the manager how dissatisfied I am. The manager answers me calmly and apologizes to me also give me a 1,000-baht voucher then I feel better.
In the next few weeks, I visited Sabu yakiniku again. This time I feel satisfied as same as the first time I visited. There are tons of customers like the second time but the restaurant is improving. They can better cope with crowded customer and service every customer thoroughly.
